Received Damaged or Defective Goods?
Damaged or Defective Goods Policy:
In the event you receive a damaged or defective product you must contact us via email within eight (8) calendar days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must email reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
We will not honor defect requests which are attributed to sizing misjudgment/concerns. Please check our size charts or request a missing size chart before ordering.
If there is a defect, we will help you with return shipping of the items - contact us in the event that this occurs.
