Returns Policy

Our returns/refunds policy lasts 15 days. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us by midnight of the order day by email or contact us form. We process a high volume of orders daily and are unable to cancel/refund for any reason if you miss this window. if you wish to change the size on an order you please contact contact us within 24 hours with your name, order number, item you need to change and the updated size you wish to substitute.


We do not accept returned goods or exchanges if you order the wrong size or are unhappy with fit - please make sure to check our size charts before ordering! If you order a specific size and a differing size is shipped to you, please contact us via email within 8 calendar days with a photo of the tag. Please keep tags/packaging in tact as much as possible and contact us - we will arrange for return shipping and to have the correct size sent to you.


In the event you receive a damaged or defective product you must contact us via email within eight (8) calendar days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must email reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. We will not honor defect requests which are attributed to sizing misjudgment/concerns. Please check our size charts or request a missing size chart before ordering. If there is a defect, we will help you with return shipping of the items - contact us in the event that this occurs.


We do not accept returns due to a product not reaching you by an expected date - all production and shipping times are fluid and subject to many variables that are out of our control. We will do our best to estimate timeframes for you but they are NOT guarantees. Please see language in "Shipping Policies" section.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact form.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a giftcard will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We are a new, small business, and unfortunately don't have the infrastructure of "Amazon". We know you are probably accustomed to next-day shipping, and one day if we are able to make that happen we will! Until then, please know that due to variables in production times, shipping times, manufacturing considerations and global events that impact production, shipping and commerce, we cannot guarantee a ship-by or arrive-by date.
What does this mean? This means that we do not know if you will get your item by Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or Halloween etc. That said, we do make every effort to expedite your orders and shipping and FORECAST turn-around times for you if asked.
From time to time we will post "order-by" recommended dates for holidays. Please note that "Order-By" dates are NOT guarantees that an item will arrive by any specific date. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to growing and improving our ability to get things to you FAST!


Order processing times can vary per product:
3-7 Days: As a general rule, order processing times can vary from 3-7 business days before an item is shipped. Note this is the projected processing time for most items, not all. Shipping timeframe estimates are in addition to order processing time estimates.
Overseas partners & Shipping: We work with various partners to implement our designs and some partners ship from overseas. If your ordering is shipping from overseas expect to allow 7-20 business days for shipping in addition to the order processing time. We try to mark processing and shipping times on each item and/or in the shipping options available for each listing.
Made in the USA? We make every effort to partner with USA based manufacturers when able and we also make every effort to expedite your products to you!
